My project at DESY:

""We used C++ language to program a code which can apply  SVD(singular value decomposition) method , using ROOT .

The data is taken from Free Electron Laser (FEL) during  MPY Group’s Shifts .

I have taken the data and I’ve tried to find any correlation between the Beam Position Monitors (BPM’s) into the electron beam .

We want to find the betatron oscillation in the Data .

أرجو لك التوفيق في مشروعك...
My project was about the Magnetic Shielding for LINAC4, which is a new linear accelerator that CERN will construct within few years to replace LINAC2
My work consists of 3 Parts: 1-Simulations (using Poisson superfish codes). 2-Mathematical Analisys (to estimate the proper thickness of the shielding material). 3- searching for companies that make and sell magnetic shielding materials
And the work will be published as CERN technical note soon Insha'allah.
