There have been some new findings about Saturn
Astronomers in San Francisco say that the rings of Saturn could be much older than we thought; billions of years older.
Before this new data arrived, astronomers thought the rings of Saturn were perhaps less than 100 million years old.
But one scientist, Larry Esposito, says that the rings around Saturn have lasted for billions of years, and may last for billions of years still.
He says that one of the moons around Saturn exploded and broke into pieces.
Over billions of years these pieces have been ground down like powder which we can now see as a set of rings around Saturn.
Kaz is an amateur astronomer and has seen Saturn's rings through his telescope.
