aspirin help please

هل في الامكان ان يخبرني احد عن الية عمل الاسبرين و مل علاقه
cox1-cox2 and the active site.. of  the protein arginine 119 as well as pox active site,,,
i really need to know the mechanism..( sorry for writing in english but my keyboard aint working proberly....)
* i study the subject in english so any explenation would be helpful
