في هذا الموضوع سأناقش معكم كل ما يمكننا جمعه عن الطب لننتقل من قبل السريرية إلى السريرية بروابط سليمة أساسها صحيح
على كل ما يدخل هنا أن يكون على الأقل قد أنهى السنة 3 طب حتى تكون لديه أسس سليمة يفهم من خلالها ما سأناقشه معكم
سآخذ المواد التالية بعين الإعتبار في كل موضوع و هي:

5. pathology+sign and symptoms
6. clinical examination
7. pharmacology and mangment

أول موضوع : القلب heart
1. anatomy
تشريح القلب:
Heart is: muscular organs attached to the blood vessels .but, free in the pericardium
Shape:
pyramidal
the heart has 4 champers :
2 atria & 2 ventricles (right and lift)
Position of the heart :
In the thoracic cage(mediastinum). deviated to the left
(Surface anatomy )borders:
1-apex:
Formed by left ventricle, found on the left 5th intercostals space 3.5inch (9cm)* from the mid line.
*1inch = 2.5 cm
2-superior border:
Formed by the root of the great vessels .exends from 2nd left costal cartilage to the 3rd right costal cartilage
3-right border:
Formed by right atrium.exends from right 3rd costal cartilage to right 6th right costal cartilage
4-left border:
Formed by left ventricle. Extends from 2nd left costal cartilage to the apex
5-inferior border:
Formed by Rt ventricle and the apical part of left vetricle.extend from 6th right costal cartilage to apex
